BC Tour

In a few weeks I'll be heading west for a five day tour across British Columbia with shows in Rossland, Kimberley, Winfield, Ashcroft and Vancouver. For details please check out the info on the Schedule page. Joining me on this trip will be Paul Bergman on bass, Bruce Blair on fiddle, Cedric Blary on clarinet and Jim McLennan on guitar. Playing with these guys is always a blast and I think we're going to have a lot of fun making our way to Vancouver. Please come out and see us if you can.

Foothills Acoustic Music Institute May 2008

I'll be teaching flatpick guitar again at the FAMI camp which takes place at Camp Kiwanis near Bragg Creek each May long weekend. My good friend and musical partner Jim McLennan will also be there teaching fingerstyle guitar. FAMI is a great place for novices and intermediate players to learn more about their instrument and to get a little performing experience in a very supportive environment. BCBW 2008

I'm very pleased to have been asked back to teach guitar at the British Columbia Bluegrass Workshop in Sorrento, B.C. I'll be teaching Intermediate Level 2 Flatpicking during Week Two of the camp. I'm looking forward to meeting three time Winfield winner Steve Kaufman who will be teaching Advanced Flatpicking that same week.
